BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: Tracts of land located in the 600 and 800 blocks of Shallowford Road, the 3400 and 3500 blocks of Wilcox Boulevard, and the 500-1100, and 1400-1600 blocks of Tunnel Boulevard as shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated herein. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-5 Neighborhood Commercial Zone; R-2 Residential Zone to R-1 Residential Zone; C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to C-5 Neighborhood Commercial Zone; C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to R-4 Special Zone and C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone to R-1 Residential Zone as shown on the map attached hereto. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
